Impacts of Communication Skill to Entrepreneurial Capabilities

The majority of the participants reflected that communication skill training is the most important soft skills in their daily work. They explained that communication skill is an essential factor to determine the success of an enterprise such as building a good relationship, understanding colleagues, subordinates, and customers’ attitudes, and can adapt multicultural communication in their work environment.
